If you do not like online reservations come and visit us to see if there is space,if not we will advise you on another hostel nearby if we are full.
1 Fill in the form bottom of page,wait for a response to see what we have available so we can proceed the with your reservation. **WE CANNOT SEE THE EMAIL YOU SEND YOUR INFORMATION FROM AND SO WILL RESPOND TO THE EMAIL YOU WRITE IN THE BOOKING FORM**
2 We will send you the information on how to continue with the booking,Paypal or credit card.
3 Credit card charges are just $1 (local currency) included in your bill on arrival.
*NOTE* Wait for a confirmation as sometimes your credit card does not work or it maybe the wrong number*.
4 .*NOTE*: YOUR ROOMS/BED ARE NOT SECURED UNTIL THE CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL TRANSACTION HAS TAKEN PLACE AND WE HAVE SENT YOU A CONFIRMATION ATTACHMENT.
Cancellation / Change of date:-If you cancel or change your date 24 hours before your check in date (midday) you will not be charged, if you cancel, do not show or change your date after this time you will be charged 100% of your room fee for the first night.
As we are not responsible for the weather,flight or bus delays or personal trip planning we do not find these or other factors valid reason for canceling or changing your date for confirmed bookings and you will be responsible for all your reservations after the 24 hours before your check in date (check-in Midday).
We suggest that you may get travel insurance that can help cover the cost of any delays and shift the blame for anything that is out of your control, we are happy to help you with any insurance claims.
